Living your values matters especially when it’s hard. I was recently reminded of that fact.

I recently had to decide how serious I was about living the values I say I believe in. Our values don't really mean much until it is hard to live them. It's in these times that we find out how serious we are about what we believe. But, even when it's hard--especially when it's hard--by living our values we find freedom and self-actualization.
